Oxford Street is one of the most famous streets of the British capital, located near the British Museum in central London.

It extends for more than four kilometers, from Marble Arch in High Holborn.

This is one of the most popular and active trade routes of the world, with its 300 shops, which includes electronics, clothing, and more.

Oxford Street starts at Marble Arch, north-east of Hyde Park, and finish after a mile and a half to Tottenham Court Road, where it is called New Oxford Street.

Along this road there are several large stores, both typical british and international, as the world's largest Nike store, the Virgin store and many others stores.

Oxford Street is repeatedly interrupted by small circular plazas such as Oxford Circus, from which start other famous streets of London, such as Regent Street, where is situated Hamleys, the world's most famous toys shop.

Oxford Street is accessible by subway with stops at Marble Arch, Bond Street, Oxford Circus and Tottenham Courd Road.
